Before you email

Where are my records stored?

Core records and attached files are stored in protected app storage. Optional iCloud sync mirrors renewal metadata, not attachment files.

What does app lock use?

It uses Face ID, Touch ID or the passcode that unlocks your Apple device. DueVault does not create or know a separate passcode.

How do I cancel?

Open Apple Account subscription settings from DueVault Settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple’s subscription terms.

Can support recover deleted attachments?

No. DueVault does not keep server copies of your attached files. Keep independent copies of important documents.
