1. Apple’s standard terms
DueVault is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your licence to use the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless a different licence is expressly presented through the App Store.
These terms supplement Apple’s licence for subscriptions, this website, support and matters not addressed there. Apple’s applicable terms control where they conflict regarding the App Store transaction or app licence.
2. About DueVault
DueVault is provided by Techwave Innovations. It helps users organise renewal dates, expiry dates, cancellation deadlines, costs, notes and supporting documents.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your device, Apple Account and the legality and accuracy of information you place in DueVault.
4. Not professional advice
DueVault is an organisational tool. It does not provide legal, financial, insurance, immigration, tax, regulatory or professional advice. Verify important dates and obligations with the relevant provider or qualified adviser.
5. Reminders are not a guarantee
Notifications depend on the dates you enter, permission settings, device state and Apple services. DueVault cannot guarantee that every alert will be delivered. You remain responsible for meeting renewal, cancellation, payment and legal deadlines.
6. Subscriptions
DueVault offers weekly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. The price, currency, tax, billing period and any offer shown by Apple when you confirm purchase are controlling.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in Apple Account subscription settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless Apple states otherwise.
Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s policies. DueVault includes Restore Purchases for eligible App Store entitlements.
7. Your records and documents
You retain any rights you hold in content you add. You are responsible for keeping lawful copies of important documents and for ensuring that your records are accurate. DueVault should not be your only copy of a legally or financially important document.
8. iCloud and Apple services
Optional iCloud sync, StoreKit, notifications and device authentication depend on supported Apple hardware, software, accounts and services. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or restoration of data.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse DueVault, attempt to bypass purchase or security controls, interfere with the app or website, distribute malicious content, infringe intellectual property, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
10. Intellectual property
DueVault’s software, branding, website design and original materials belong to Techwave Innovations or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except for the limited app licence governed by Apple’s standard terms.
11. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace or discontinue features and may require updates for security or compatibility. We will not intentionally delete local records merely because a subscription ends, but paid app access may stop when the entitlement expires.
12. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, DueVault is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect calculations, successful sync, document recovery or notification delivery.
To the extent permitted by law, Techwave Innovations is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed renewals, penalties, lost documents, unavailable Apple services or decisions made solely from information shown by DueVault. Nothing excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Privacy Policy explains how the app and website handle information.
14. Support
Support is available at support@techwaveinnovations.co.uk. Support does not include professional advice or emergency assistance.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as DueVault changes. The current version will be published here with its update date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or App Store.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Techwave Innovations’ place of establishment, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
